CONTINITAL U.S: Primary shipping method for shipments is UPS GROUND. Orders must specify a street address. UPS does not deliver to post office boxes. For shipment to an APO address, please contact us. Rush orders are available, but may require Overnight or 2-Day services. An estimate of shipping cost will be included in the order confirmation you will receive. Confirmation will be sent within 48 hours after receipt of order.

ALASKA & HAWAII: Orders must be shipped UPS overnight or 2-Day.

UPS OVERPACKING: All items are packed in an outer master carton for safe shipping. A charge of $5.25 per outer master carton is added to all orders for the protection of the finished product.

CLAIMS: Orders are packed for maximum protection. In the event of damage to your shipment, save all boxes & packaging materials and notify ETCHING CONCEPTS by E-Mail with details of the damage. Include order number, your name and phone number. Upon inspection by UPS, we will replace damaged products.
