General Information

PRICING: All pricing includes etching of the identical artwork on the item selected. For personalization in addition to etching artwork, individual personalization charges will apply. Set up charges apply on all new artwork. Large orders requiring personalization are subject to a modest typesetting charge.

SET UP CHARGE: An initial set up charge of $62.50(g) will be charged on all orders using new artwork. Size changes of artwork to accommodate another item are billed at $10.00(g) per change. Set up charge for straight line copy is $40.00(g) - 10 lines maximum. Resizing artwork for additional items - $10.00(g)

COPY CHANGES: Copy changes ( different text to be included with logo) are $15.00 per change.

SECOND POSITION ETCHING: $4.00 (g)

INDIVIDUAL PERSONALIZATION: $6.00(g) per item. Includes two lines of copy, not to exceed 22 characters per line.

ARTWORK: Artwork submitted must be black & white. Color separations, halftones or photographs are not acceptable. All in house artwork will be billed at $45.00 per hour. Electronic art must be submitted in one of the following formats: JPEG-TIFF-EPS. A Hard copy of artwork must be submitted with the order.

SHIPPING: All shipments are FOB Ohio.

SPLIT SHIPMENTS: $6.00(g) per additional location.

UPS OVER-PACKING: $6.25(g) per box.

RANDOM SAMPLES: Random samples are available at end quantity price, plus freight. Return of random samples is not accepted.

SPEC. SAMPLES: Available at the end quantity price of the item plus set up charge.

PRODUCTION TIME: Normal production time is 15 working days. Rush orders are available on selected items. Consult factory.

CLAIMS: All claims must be made by the receiver of the order with the delivering carrier. All boxes & packing materials must be available for inspection by the carrier.
